I surely did. I never actually thought of the character as a "sexual being", but now that the truth is out in the open, it actually explains his actions back in the day with Grindelwald. He was persuaded to go along with the "wizard supremacy" thing because he was IN LOVE WITH the guy. It makes more sense this way.

Yeah... it was one of the "TOP NEWS STORIES" on my homepage.... I was like, "WTF??" The books never gave any sort of hint towards anything remotely sexual having to do with Dumblebore, so why did she (Rowling) make him gay? I think she just wants to spark a new interest in the books since she ended the series. She was probably thinking, "Why did I stop my money train???" so she needed something to get people to want to read the books.

If you ask me, I honestly believe JK Rowling was only trying to draw attention to herself without really paying attention to herself.
But hey, that's only my opinion.

uggh not greater dumbledore crap please! basically google it and so what if he's gay it doesnt substitute the story in any respect. he continues to be the great clever wizard/headmaster he became in the previous you knew. now you purely be attentive to he likes adult adult males :)

Yeah. It even made it to the BBC webpage, which I found somewhat disappointing. Yay gays, but boo Harry Potter.
