Mr Vakkayil,not highest strike rate,I mean only:
Every batsmen in a particular innings having strike rate above 100.

Though Dhoni & Sehwag had only single digit scores their strike rate was above 100%.

While it may be a world record in one particular match, there has been higher strike rates in the 20-20 matches in the past.

Very sharp and shrewd observation! It's the strike rate that makes the game interesting! Apart from the keen contest! (in yesterdays game, the contest was over, by the time we were into the 8th or 9th over, after Gambhir and Uthappa got going!)

No this cannot be considered as a record, this is something normally which happens always in T20 matches.
