You don't just pull a stem cell out of a full grown mouse. Stem cells or more precisely Embryonic Stem Cells come from very early stage embryos. Some cells from the mouse embryo are cultured (in tissue culture) and these are the cells that are used to create clones. You can't do this in your garage/basement/kitchen at home.

Considering your inability to spell, I doubt you have the education or training to clone anything. Cloning isn't something you can do from home. It requires very expensive equipment and staff. It's not worth it. Just buy more mice.
