The device is right there in your PC but Windows could not recognize it because the VGA driver was not installed. It should be in the driver CD that came with your PC. Otherwise, download it from the website of your PC maker.

Good Day....your computer cannot identify what kind of video controller you have.....you need to re seat your video card if any....if none ...you should have a defective built in video card on your computer.....
