Does anyone know what kind of plug adapter I need for Cuba?

And, also, I'm confused - do I need one adapter to change the voltage (ie 110 here in Canada), and another to change the shape (ie the three prong shape here in Canada) ?

Thanks for all your help!

Some resorts have 220 others 110 and others a combination of both depending on the building at the resort. I'm from Canada and use a universal adapter available at Walmart or an electronics store. Years ago I checked at an electronics store and their chart said it was110. Wrong! At the resort I went to it was 220, Fortunately I had bought an adapter just to be on the safe side so I would suggest you do the same. At your resort sometimes I've found it hard to find a plug in my room where the adapter plugs in, if so look behind furniture the drapes etc. Enjoy Cuba. It's great.

Most resorts will require a voltage converter as they use 220V. In canada we use 110V. A converter will cost about $40 and has adaptors that will fit any kind of plug. Some resorts use 110V like in Canada. Some use both. I would bring an adapter just in case. Be sure to ask the front desk when you arrive as to what voltage your room uses.

You don't say what you want this for, nor where you are staying - both important items of information.

The adaptors sold at the airports are often the multi-type which cover every option. Therefore you are buying something where 66% will not be needed.
