Its rainy where I am living and I have 4-5 indoor plants in different rooms. Each plant there is always tiny flys flying around. What are there? Can I buy a spray to kill them? and if so, what kind of spray so that it won't also kill my plant.

The plant itself looks normal, no destruction or residue

And my plants are pretty dry so I'm not sure if they can be fungus gnats since they are quite dry

1/4" of sand on top of potting soil. Prevents new hatch. These gnats are usually followed by spider mites. Keep an eye on the plants, look for tiny dots of the leaves and fine webs. Spectracide 3-in-1 spray will kill mites. HomeyD, Lowes, Wallyworld - IF you can find the garden department, they're going into Christmas mode now.
