y = mx + b
where m is the slope of the line (the change in y divided the change in x) and b is the y intercept (where the graph crosses the y axis)

The slope = (-6 - (-6)) / (-2 - 4) = 0/-6 = 0 therefore there is
no x term in the equation and (0,-6) is the y intercept point

y = -6 for all x values and it is a horizontal line

y = mx + b
y = 0(x) + -6
y = -6 ANSWER

This is a HORIZONTAL line passing thro` y = - 6.
Equation is y = - 6

y=mx+n
m = (y2 - y1)/(x2 - x1) = (-6-(-6))/(4-(-2)) = 0
so
y = n, for all x
but y= -6 for x=-2
so
n= -6
and the eq. is y = -6
