I live around Houston Texas and it's about 1:15 in the morning. I read earlier today that some parts of Haley's commet will be visible. What time should i go outside??

im gunna say between 1 and 5 am
at around 3:30 Venus will rise which is pretty sweet.

i took this ss on Stellarium, its orions location at 4am.
also visible are venus and saturn, and mars overhead.

best to save this image to your desktop and use some photoshop type program to zoom in
also crank up your monitors brightness and contrast for best visibility.
