Is it AMD or Intel and where can I get the hottest system fast and cheap?

Wow the AMD fanboys are so desperate they are actually just making up processors now. (The AMD Athlon Quad does not exist) Right now the Intels are on top in terms of performance, the Core 2 Duos and the Core 2 Quads. Quads are only necessary if you have a program that takes advantage of them, like rendering or media editing/encoding, or if you just want to be future proof. AMD is set to release there new processors next month, which will be quads, but called AMD Phenom. As for where to get the hottest system fast and cheap, well those two are somewhat mutually exclusive, the best systems are not cheap. Try building your own, or go to Dell, HP, etc.

Intel Core 2 Quad
Gateway/Acer, fast and cheap, but not quality
Alienware/Voodoo, fast and quality, not cheap

AMD Athlon Quad is cheaper and faster than Intel and its the gamers processor

mystic is right no advanced micro development quad core unit is available lol go intel dual with a quad core upgrade capability socket 775 i like :D
