For many of the names you listed, I think Lucille flows better as the middle name (I'm not sure what the last name sounds like, so I'm just basing my opinion on first and middle names).
My favorites include Natalie Lucille, Ariana Lucille, Felicity Lucille
I like the name Joelle, but the -elle ending of Joelle and the -ille ending of Lucille is too similar when said together as a first and middle name.

I like the name Lucille.. but the middle names you have listed here have too many syllables.. and to be honest.. Lucille with some of the middle names you have there.. are quite a mouthful if you say it outloud.. (and I say this without even knowing your last name.. but if your last name is long.. then it's even worse.)
You may want to stick to a shorter middle name so the name has a better flow when you say it out loud.
Also because Lucille is a pretty but old fashioned name, you may want to consider the middle name to be more contemporary.. so her name is more balanced.. (just suggesting.. )

I love the name Lucille. My mom is Erma Lucille and I had niece that was Allison Lucille and my cousin is Patty Lucille.
Lucille Ball is the only Lucille I know of that is/was a public figure and if you have a red haired baby you should avoid it.
I am Alice so love Lucille Alice.
Erma is a great name not too common these days and often spelled IRMA so you don't get too many Ermas.

I chose old fashioned name as the middle name for my children. If having a long name first try not to rhyme or have the middle name longer than the first or vise versa.
I like Phoenix Lucille, Adrienne Lucille or Mackenzie Lucille.

my top 3 choices are Lucille Joelle, Lucille Bella, and Lucille Annalise
but Lucille Joelle is my favorite, it sounds beautiful
but it would help a little to know the last name too :)
