OK you need to use it. i agree with whoever said go brown and short. (but a dark brown not light)
Don't put make up on your bottom lashes. This makes the look small and makes you look even pastier.
And finally put some colour into your face. To pale.
BUT this is my opinion. If pale skin, dark eyes and dark hair is your style the STICK WITH IT
but following my tips you will look hot!

Hard to tell with such a close-up picture.
The only criticism I would have is that your eyebrows seem overly-plucked. I'd let them fill out a bit more. Otherwise, yes.

I love ur eyes. But most importantly u don't need others to tell u if are pretty or not.

Do you feel pretty? Do you care more about people liking you for your looks or for the person you are on the inside. If your happy with yourself, then Yes you are pretty.....

Your eyes are, but your hair is wayyyyy to dark for your light eyes and pale skin. Go light brown and get it shorter.
