I want to get the right advice about investing money. Does anybody have any information about good investment vehicles. I don't want to waste my time putting my money in the bank, it's only about 6% does anybody know where I can make 100% or more? Any good "get rich books" or online schemes I would be happy to look at.

Jeremy the secret to getting rich is time. Time makes money, money doesn't make money. Learn the rule of 72 take your interest rate divide it into 72 that will tell you approximately how long it will take for your money to double. The average mutual fund has averaged 12% rate of return ove the last 60 years or so. That means your money doubles every 6 years. My son is 14 he has 5K in his mutual funds of his own money. At 12% if he does not invest another penny here is how it would look at 20 its worth 10K at 26 its worth 20K at 32 its worth 40K at 38 its worth 80K at 44 its worth 160K at 50 its worth 320K at 56 its worth 640K at 62 its worth a cool $1,280,000.00 and at 68 $2,560,000.00. What IF he invested just $50 more a month for the next 10 years I have no idea what it would be worth but a lot is my answer for now.

forget the word "rich" and replace it with wealth. You build wealth. No such thing as "getting" rich except for lottery winners. Rich dad poor dad is good for general ideas of wealth building...owning assets such as property or businesses that generate income.
