I completed my Master of Business Administration degree a couple years ago. Is it ok to sign your name with the MBA designation at the end? Example: John Doe, MBA

In business and academic circles, the MBA is often considered terminal and therefor it would be appropriate to use it in those settings.

It's not really appropriate to use it in a social setting or in a setting unrelated to business or academics.

You'd not send your Christmas Cards out from John Doe, MBA but you would want to sign a report for your boss about the economic impact of a new business decision as John Doe, MBA

If you're in consulting or sales, it can be a helpful addition to your business card for credibility.

Depends whether you are signing something that is business related or not. If you over use it people will think that you are just showing off. But if it is a work document of some kind of a Resume then it would be good.
