The only thing I have with them is a Visa. It has expired about 5 months ago but I haven't been issued a new one, I have an outstanding balance, but I make payments every month even though the card is expired.
What do you think this could be about? I called them, but their office is closed.

Make sure it is really your bank, it could be a scam.

Check your Visa statements and see if the payments you have been making are showing up on the statements.
If your card is expired, have you still been using it? Maybe someone stole your card number and is using it for unauthorized purchases and they want to make sure you made the purchases...another reason to check your Visa statements.
Don't mean to freak you out, but those could be some reasons they are calling you. Good luck.
