You can make it tighter with exercise, it's easy to do just tighten your muscles up as if you are holding in your urine then release and repeat several times throughout the day. Do it during sex too, he'll like it.

Get some alum powder from your drugstore. Make a solution of 1 tablespoon (rounded) of the powder in one quart of water. Stir it well until you don't see the powder any more.
