It's title is something like "It's Christmas in San Francisco" (the artist also sells a similar sounding song referring to Las Vegas and another one referring to San Diego). It has a country western feel and has a line "I don't remember the Bible mentioning snow in Bethlehem" or something like that. I tried yahooing for the song, but just got a whole bunch of travel and vacation packages for SF.

You can find Christmas in San Francisco by Russ Lorenson on I-tunes. This is not a country western feel, but a bluesy crooner song.
