As far as properties, all of these elements you named are "diatomic". They will always be found in pairs... I2 Br2 Cl2 F2 (you can also add O2 N2 and H2).

Lastly all of the elements you named are series 17 and highly electronegative. (Fluorine is the most).

Look 'em up. Use Google if you have to. Its not that hard. You just have to do some reading (oh the horror!). Its not like its asking you to synthesize them.
