Every pregnancy is different. With one of mine, I could not get enough to eat the whole time I was pregnant. With the youngest, I could barely eat, especially in the last trimester. I actually lost weight. Both were born very healthy and over 8 lbs.

I really wouldn't worry about my appetite...Just make sure you either eat 3 good meals a day and a snack at bedtime or eat small amounts during the day so your baby can get the protein it needs to grow.
What s happening is that your baby is pushing on your stomach and making it feel full.
I did the same thing with my last child and I was petrified and told my doctor about it and this is exactly what he told me to do.
I gained most of my weight at the first part and then all baby weight at the end.
It was a total of 15Lbs and my Doctor was happy with that.
Don't Worry and Good Luck!!!

I ate tons in my 1st tri and then slowed down since then. There will be days where I feel like nothing to eat and some where I eat alot. As you are getting bigger, your stomach doesn't have much room to hold the food you used to eat so you will eat less. My doc told me to eat small meals and snack throughout the day as I get further along.

Well, after having my 5th kid I would have to say that because at that stage the baby presses so much on your insides (bladder, stomach, and everything else) that food isn't sounding very good to you because your body thinks (and you feel) full much more often......But don't worry.....you WILL get that appetite back.....especially after a nice long, tiresome labor!!! But it is so worth all of it.

It's normal I'm 30.5 weeks and my appetite started to decrees about 4 weeks ago, as long as your still getting the vitamins nutrients and minerals both you and your baby needs then its fine.

i am that way, right now--I am 33 weeks...I just dread eating because after one bite, I feel stuffed cuz the baby is taking up all the room...when you do eat, just eat stuff full of protein and carbs...so it helps the baby and keeps you energized.
Good luck!

Not mine. As baby gets bigger, she compresses your stomach so you can't hold as much. That's probably one of the reasons to eat smaller, more frequent meals.
