No. And I wouldn't loose any sleep over it.

Only if it is caused by something else. Insomnia alone would not meet the criteria for it. But it could be one of the things that helps you meet the criteria - Have any other disabilities problems? Mental health issues?
ETA: Insomnia unlikely. Sleep apnea, narcolepsy - other sleep disorders more likely.
If you have insomnia because you have unregulated pain issues - then your inability to get a good night sleep interferes with your ability to to be well rested and able to work or to travel to work as a side issues to pain.
A job accommodation might be that you work 7 hours a day with an hour lunch - but that you can take your hour lunch at the beginning of the day and arrive an hour late. Or it could be that you are able to do your work from home and do it on any schedule. Or it could be that you make up the missed hours by working an occasional Saturday or work some hours at home.

The ADA doesn't list specific conditions. Rather, it defines disability based on the impact on ability to carry out "life activities" due either to the impairment or to social barriers that confront someone with animpairment.
So--a case of (medically diagnosed) insomnia MIGHT be covered--if it impairs the ability to work or go to school, etc. Beyond that, you'd need to talk to a physician to gett a better idea in a particular case.

Sharia is a legal code. It sets down what is illegal and what are the punishments for it. It's not rejected in America because it's Muslim. It's rejected because it sets up law counter to the laws of our country. American Muslims are free to think poorly of a woman who has sex before marriage, but they are not allowed to kill her for it. Rights to religion, expression, etc are only allowed so far as they do not infringe on the rights of others.
