Soak em im warm water with a bit of sea salt...then gently rub your feet dry and massage them with lavendar oil/baby oil and keep them elevated...

a soak in warm water, followed by a massage, then put lotion on them, and then paint your toenails. They'll feel much better and rested, and look pretty, too! (But don't forget to swipe nail polish remover over your toenails before you paint them, otherwise the lotion on your toenails will make the polish peel off faster.)

soak them for 20 minutes in Epsom salt then elevate them at least 4 inches above your heart for 20 minutes its the only thing that works for me

Soak them, moisturize them with LAVENDAR, and put them up to rest for hours!!! Keep the moisture coming with vitamin E, aloe, or lavander!
