so yeah im just wondering what ages diffrent people started dating

I dated a bit in high school and college but nothing serious. Then at 29 and still nothing serious to speak of, my mom took me aside and said, "You know when your dad and I said you couldn't date until you were 30, we were only teasing".

Hi: Its up to your parents to decide what is the proper age to start dating. There are rules in everyone home. I believe dating should start at age 16 or 17 because you are more street proof by that age and for boys its a little younger probably 15-16 years old. Right now think about homework and do your best at school. You don't need any relationship at ll years old to many problems and heart aches and it would certainly affect your school work. Believe me you have lots of time to date later on. Just make sure you know the person and not just date anyone. Good Luck

I wasn't supposed to start dating until I was 18, but I started dating at 14 .

so yeah..I was 15. But, I could only double date with my brother. Do kids even know what double-dating is now??
Probably not. Some kids in the school I work at have more kids than me and I am hitting 40....

Born 1955, started dating when I was a Freshman in High school, age was 14yrs old. Parents would go with me to the movies, it sucked! I finally got to go by myself when I was 16.

I was supposed to be 16 before I dated, but they caved in and let me go on my first date 2 months early!

Well, the private christian boarding school I attended allowed dating to begin at 14.
