There are a ton of possibilities. You need to be more specific. Can you get into Safe Mode? Have you just added or removed any hardware? Have you installed or un-installed any software. I'd check the case fans first. If one of them shorts out (which is common), your board or cpu is getting too hot and shutting down. Start by diagnosing hardware. Swap out the hard drive and power supply. Re-installing Windows should be a last resort. Plus, if you re-install and it doesn't fix the problem, you just lost everything on your pc for nothing. Back up your files as quickly as possible.
Run a virus scan
Re-install your operating system
If that doesn't work, your hard drive may be failing - consider buying a new one.
