i think im more of a shooter gamer and the wii isn't really a system for shooters, and the only game i like is wii sports but i can't play that forever. i mean ssmb will be fun and mario party 8 but only two games. im sorry but i might take the system back and get an ipod nano

If you're not happy with the system, then by all means, take it back (or at least try to take it back). If the store you bought it from will accept it as a return (depending on where you got it, you may have to pay a restocking fee), then by all means, get yourself something that you know you'll enjoy more, like that Ipod Nano. Nothing says you have to have the latest gaming system and enjoy it too.

Wii not for shooters? What about Metroid Prime 3, Resident Evil 4, Resident Evil: Umbrella Chronicles, Call of Duty 3, Medal of Honor Heroes 2? And that's not even mentioning crappy ones like Far Cry.

There are the Resident Evil and Call of Duty games. The Wii has a pretty cool way of playing these games.

NOOOOOOO!!!! please give the wii time to mature. you have the wii zapper comming out on nov. 19(wii's 1st birthday) and it works on some new medal of honer. but if you do get rid of it, use ebay.
