I believe that in many venues, woman may walk around without a shirt on. The problem is that most breasts, like most mens chests, are really not that attractive. A woman, as well as a man who is well dressed in style is far more attractive than a women with breast that a are odd shaped, sagging, etc. The brain is the most active sex organ. And, anticipation is the greatest part enjoyment.

Men can go out in public without a shirt because men's chest aren't considered a sexual part of our body that would stir up a conflict amongst people as to where a woman walking around without a shirt would cause conflict amongst people because a woman's upper body is a sexual and obvious part of their body that stimulates sexual feelings more than a guy with no shirt

Because women are more superior and thus they must wear clothing. Kind of like how in the past the peasants were not clothed well but the king and the queen were coverd up completely in beautiful clothing and respected throughout.
So, women are royalty and men are peasants. Lol

They can, actually. At least in Canada. It goes against the constitution to have a law prohibiting one gender from something the other can do freely, or something like that.
Nobody does it though. Society has made a big deal out of lumps of flesh that have no sexual purpose.

I would have thought that there were two obvious reasons for that. Some people find it offensive if a woman even bothers to feed her child in public so imagine the uproar if we went around with our tops off and lets face it who would want to see some older ladies with their tops off.

Because women in general have more attractive chests and some men find it too erotic. Some men, not all men, turn into apes and gorillas. It's a pheromone thing.
