Demand will be too high for a general price drop.
On the other hand, BLACK FRIDAY is coming. On the day after Thanksgiving, retailers like to build shopper traffic by offering great prices on a limited number of high demand items like wii.
So study the ads on Thanksgiving, and be at the right store at least an hour before it opens, because there will be a line forming, and the wii will be gone in five minutes....

Odd's are that the price will remain the same,
though with the PS3 dropping to 400 ( for a 40gig )
Not to be outdone the 360 is dropping in price as well.
Now normally I would say this means the Wii will drop as well but sense it is already so much lower and stores are still unable to keep them in stock I doubt it.

Would a belly laugh be a wrong answer? Cheaper? I doubt it. Check for one at a game resale shop. They have somewhat negotiable prices. Peace.

I agree with josh - the demands are still too high, as soon as they see that not as much people are buying it, the price will drop, give it a few more months =]

Nope, and there won't be enough to meet the holiday demand this year.

No.
They could have done it at Memorial Day or labor Day and it didn't happen, so Xmas will not be any different
