"The Unforgiven" with Clint Eastwood is one of my favorites.
The old classics "3:10 to Yuma" with Glenn Ford and "Who Shot Liberty Valance? with John Wayne are both worth watching.
If you want to see a long but masterfully-done movie, rent "How the West Was Won". It's loaded with old stars like George Peppard, Gregory Peck, and Agnes Moorehead.

One of my favorites is 'Silverado' (1985) with Scott Glenn, Kevin Costner, Kevin Kline and Danny Glover just to name a few of the cast...
