Impeach Bush
Get rid of the Wire Taps and Patriot Act

End the War and Bring the Troops Home

Were these voters 'Koolaide Drinkers' or did they actually believe the democrats would deliever on thier promises?

It ain't over yet hon.

We will reverse all the crap this joke of a President has done to the country.

Will you still be here in December 08 when we know who the next Prez will be?

*Don't look at the facts much do ya?

You have the most unpopular president since Nixon, you lost Congress in a landslide a year ago, the Iraq war is the least popular war since the last few months of Vietnam, your Presidential front runner has less support than the number of undecideds in your own party, a full third of Republicans have completely abandoned your own President ---- and you think they have a good chance of winning in 08!!!!

I'll send you a sympathy card, you send me the deed.

It's nothing new. We have serious problems. According to Dick Morris' book out of the 8 million+ that come here on visas, over 3 million do not leave. So we allow them to visit here or come here on business and that many hide and don't honor the visa. How many of the 0/11 terrorist were on expired visas? Seven.

The countrys law enforcement is totally overworked and not able to function. We have a "drug czar" with a what $5 billion budget and not making a dent in drugs, but making good, government salaries with insurance.

Millions of South Americans and more coming here and sending billions out of the country. If the employers would just take out for taxes or 1099 them and have the government give them an illegal alien ss number I bet we could collect over $100 billion a year in taxes. Could some of that be used to help the overburdened medical places that help them?

Didn't Bush state that if all 15 million (more like 30 million) illegals were just agranted amnesty he coud have 150 miles of the fence built by this past September? Still only what 10 miles.

They are afraid that the South American Americans will vote against the Republicans and /or Democrats tha vote for it. Once again these people don't have a mind and can't make up their mind in voting. It's a joke. Mexican American friends tell me it took five years legally to become an American and they do not appreciate when these illegal ones don't have to do anything. They also are mad because the 28% (per CNN) that are criminals are predominately in their neighborhoods.

Can anyone up in DC actually do anything besides stick their hand out and get money? Who has raised the most money or who is the biggest crook.

We have troops being killed everyday. If I'm not mistaken ole Saddam, two days before told us to come in and have a field day and scope out the entire country, we didn't. Gee foreign fighters entering the country, what could we do? Let's see Saudia Arabia, China, India, Pakistan and other third wourld countries have built fences. We will need to do that if we don't want to alienate one of the only, if not the only modern Arab country with the border with Turkey.

Instead of talking about how big of "scumbags" (not picking you out, but good terminology) each party is but what can we as Americans do to stop the crime here, stop the bleeding over there, stop the thieves from robbing us blind, do you think you could call and bombard the scumbags that should be dong theri jobs instead of running around talking about some bs of what they would do and collecting money. Too bad we are at this point.

Hey I feel yur pain and let's get the mission accomplished. What about all the crooked attorneys, cpas and judges, at federal land local levels it's insane and time to "clean house".

ON one question, this guy had a fit that we are kin to bannana monkeys and 98% DNA (broken speech), let's elect them. Guy must be a genetics person.

Yes they s*ck, so call, write, do what it takes, but bitc**n ain't going to do it. If one of the presidential giants is any good then push them and remove the others.

With that in mind I am now entering the race and my slogan will be Elect us as WE GIVE A RAT'S A

I sure as hell do. Fact is though, the Democrats are still more worthy of public office than Republicans. Simply because I would have felt even more jilted if I believed the Republicans promises :
We won't be involved in "nation building".
We will bring morality back to the White House.
We will "win" in Iraq.
We will be fiscally responsible.
PNAC, do you feel jilted by the Republicans and Bush's promises ?

I don't want Hillary to win, but I will take your bet.. It's pretty clear that if Hillary get's the nom, she will destroy the weak options coming from the right..

As far as congress? Only the people who don't pay attention were the ones who had such "high hopes". The rest of us knew better.. Same goes for anyone who thinks Republicans want to cut their taxes and are fiscally responsible.. Maybe you should stop drinking from the tit of the republican machine and start thinking for yourself.. Look at the statistics.. Republicans have been quite the hypocrites.. And I'm not even talking about the gay issue....

The Democrats are the other Republican Party. The refusal of the Democrats to represent the interests of the working class only serves to drive home the point that neither political party represents their interests. Meanwhile, the super-rich have two political parties -- the only two that are really allowed in the elections.

Didn't you ask this question a couple of days ago?
They have made some strides cutting out some of the illegal aspects of the patriot act and wire tapping. They have challenged the war they just haven't stopped it. They get a D in my book. At least George is no longer getting a rubber stamp and that right there is good enough for me.

I will take you up on your bet about Clinton. Not that I really want her to be but I do believe she is going to be President. Care to wager?

PNAC~Penelope, I know you probably have been left at the alter a few times. But that analogy does not apply here.

The Democrats do not have the numbers to accomplish any of those things. That is why the 2008 election is very important.

2008 will probably be the most important election we have in our lifetime.

Will we continue to let the Neocons ruin our country?
or will we elect Democrats to change our course?
The future of America is in our hands.

They still can't get enough votes to override any of the Presidents veto and what about the price of gas that they were going to get under control? In the mean time Rush Limbaugh is washing the floor with Harry Reids behind.

I'm not happy that they took Impeaching "dumbaya" off the table, but if you take a look at what they tried to do, but vetoed it. There are also still enough Republicans in Congress, so they cannot get the 2/3rds to override the veto.

Talking about "Kool-Aid Drinkers", isn't it funny there are those who STILL think "dumbaya" is doing a decent job - like you?
