OK, I have uploaded pics of may makeup, showing the colours, they are numbered. Tell me which colours you think I should use and where/how I should use it.

You have pretty good selection of makeup! I like the color palette from #27, 28, 29, and 30 eyeshadows and #1-3. For the eyeliner, I like #1. All of those colors will look good with your eyes and make them "pop'' and look so pretty!
By they way, I like how you organized your pictures!

Very good picture of your eyeshadows - the liner and the face, not so much. [ actually, you should frame the eyeball one - it's kind of cool! ]
For green eyes, fair skin, and brown hair -
shadows should contrast with iris color - so
blues - 10, 22, 35
purples - 7, 14, 17, 31, 32
browns - 3, 4, 5, 19, 21, 33, 34
grays
gold, silver
and use the color of any flecks in your iris - they always work!
Liner/Mascara should be black brown, or espresso.

You can emphasise the warmth of your natural color by including blue tones in the eyeliner.
The eye shadow could be #10 or #16.

Eyeliner:
I think #4 is Black but if it isn't use a black one of your moms,older sisters, or buy one lol.
