She actually leaves wet spots on her sheets where her head is. I just want to know if that's normal. (She's one year old.)

Babies only sweat in their heads. Their sweat glands are not developed yet.

And she is hot ,thats the usual reason for sweating. Use a thinner cloth blanket, or get her out of the thick sleeper. If you live in the tropics or anywhere that is hot, turn on the airconditioner.

Heat is realeased through the head for babies. They dont have developed sweat glandes like we do in out arm pits

Mine does that too, and he usually sleep naked. Its not as bad as it used to be he used to wake up with wet hair, now its just damp. He's 19 months.

yep, alot of babies do that. i cant tell you why but it's totally normal, mine does to.
