Why isn't this in the jokes and riddles section? If a woman is a widow, which potential she has misplaced her husband to dying - so he could no longer be marrying absolutely everyone. She ought to remarry, inspite of the indisputable fact that; possibly even to her deceased husband's brother. P.S. If this wasn't a humorous tale - a male who has misplaced his spouse (to dying) is reported as a widower. He can remarry - and to my awareness there is no regulation asserting it can not be to the sister of his previous due-spouse - inspite of the indisputable fact that some could evaluate that cheesy.

A California man can legally marry anyone he wants to marry as long he is alive. Since he has a widow, he wouldn't be able to marry anyone. And I don't know that many necropheliac women.

Legally? Nope, since it would be a marriage by proxy with someone no longer living. It would actually become a felony should any license be filed.

Maybe you should attempt to figure out the riddles for yourself next time rather then ask people in this forum. You might just appear intelligent.
