Why? What are the core values that you admire in those countries?
1. Is this ideal country a democracy? or is your choice a combination of democracy with a touch of socialism?
2. What are the laws based on? A constitution? Is it a kingdom?
3. What are the religious freedoms allowed? Can you worship the god of your choice? or are you frowned upon if you do not worship in the recommended churches.

NEW ZEALAND!!!!
A democracy.
Part of the British Commonwealth.
Religious freedom.
Plus fresh air, good education, the best place to bring up a family.
Free health care.
Of course it is changing & is not as good as it used to be, but compared to the rest of the world it is the best country to live in.

USA without a doubt. Though things have taken a turn for the worse in the past two decades, religious freedom is universal, health care is available, the economy has plenty of jobs that have decent pay. (Though manufacturing jobs have been cut sharply, there is still jobs left and many still come here to work.) Also, you are ensured freedom of all kinds. Listen to what you want, but the U.S. is still the biggest destination of all immigration.

Not sure; however, from the large number of people fleeing there for the United States, I'm sure you can strike Mexico off the list.

Good on ya, fellow Kiwis...I ran hard and fast after Bush was re elected and I just can't seem to wipe the grin off my face. But really, we shouldn't let "them" know...they might come here..
