Unfortunately, there is no one place that offers everything. You have to decide which is your #1, #2, etc. priority. Do you think living in the sunbelt (no snow) is the most important thing? Those places will be relatively expensive. Do you want crime free? Those are likely to be remote rural areas, not cities. Do you want cheap? Those places are likely not to have the amenities people will pay extra for. Rank your priorities and try to figure out your bottom line.

That is going to be any little town in any state. You can't get any of that in a big city. Good weather depends on what you consider to be good weather. Is it rain in the fall, snow in the winter, and sun in the summer? Then that will be a more east coast thing. Rarely any snow or rain is more the western states.

try my Lil town bude, Mississippi----no major crime... biggest thing ever happened the local bank got robbed for $300 and the get away vehicle -- a bike (true story) was caught the next day all money recovered and cheap my morgage on my 2 br and acre of land is under $300 per month
