You should first try google or Yahoo for Java tutorials, and work your way through the basics first

You need to start with some tutorials or get yourself a teacher. You need to be able to write some "Hello World"s before you can start coding games. And if you don't know what a "Hello World" is, it'll be a while before you're ready to tackle this type of project.

You can also try buying a book. The Sam's Teach Yourself books are decent.
