For example: (999 / 9) - 9 = 102 (but you must get 100, not 102!!!)

111 - 11 = 100
5*5*5 - 5*5 = 100
5! - 5-5-5-5 = 100
4 + 4! + 4! + 4! + 4! = 100
4*4! + 4 + 4 - 4 = 100 (LOL)
99 + 9^(9-9) = 100 (you have to love this one)

Here's an outside-the-box solution. I had a nice way to type this, but the editor here deletes extra spaces. Most rational number fractions don't have decimal representations without resorting to an infinite terminating repetition of a digit block. Usually there is a bar over the repeating group, but sometimes marks are placed around them instead. I can't type the overbars here, but I'll use the notation:

12.34`56` to mean 12.34565656565656565656...

so that 1/3 = .`3` = .3333... and 1/11 = .`09` = .0909090909....

With that understanding,

11.`1` / .`11` = 100

33.`3` / .`33` = 100

44.`4` / .`44` = 100

55.`5` / .`55` = 100

66.`6` / .`66` = 100

...and so on for up to 9 "different" solutions. Just make sure to write the repeated pattern with an overbar, like
`__
.33

instead of .`33`. (I cant make this style come out right except at the left of the screen. Sigh.)

I had some of the same ones above
also (3 x 33) + (3/3)

added:
[(2 * 2 * 2) + 2]²

(5 * 5 * 5) - (5 * 5) = 100

(5 + 5 + 5 + 5) * 5 = 100

(5/5) * (5 + 5) * (5 + 5) = 100

(5 * 5)(5 - (5/5)) = 100
