the front bearing may be getting ready to go out in it,either that or the clutch pack is getting worn out,either way it will still work ,but it will eventually go out,it might be a good idea to keep a check on the free play in the pulley and bearing,id want to repair this one before it went out,good luck with it.

Find a shop that specializes in a/c work. Don't go to auto repair shop. Stay away from dealers. I would stop using the a/c till you can do this. It sounds like you have a clutch problem on the a/c it may cause damage if you continue to use it.

Still, the bearing is shot.
Being it's a 95, it may be difficult to replace just the bearing, but your local dealer is the one to ask.

Try some r134a oil or r12 oil whatever it takes. Maybe it will help. Good luck
