I found this picture on photobucket. And I love the way it looks
my friend said that there's a special prgram [like paint]
to make your pictuyres look brighter.

Theres tons id say the main used programs for editing pictures in all different types of ways are Adobe Photoshop & Ulead PhotoImpact

Im aware Ulead allow people to download a free trial at www.ulead.com

That one is a fairly easy "tweak" with Photoshop or any of several other good products.

Adjsutments in contrast, brightness, saturation, levels, etc.

"Easy" I say, for someone with even a basic knowledge of the application.
