what is wrong, what is vehicle year ,model etc. I rebuilt my comp. for $20 worth of seals and o rings.

Are you sure that it's your a/c compressor? Sometimes the simple fix is just adding freon (if the car is older) If the a/c compressor is indeed your problem.... you could find a rebuilder. They refurbish old a/c compressors, but I recommend getting a used one... they are very expensive for refurbishing or new.
