Make sure you aren't downloading or streaming music at the same time. Also, sometimes the servers are busier than others.

you need to get a better video card, or compress it with a free download. try www.m2mwifi.com machine to machine they have a lot of places to get things a help for that

I just asked my son this question and he builds and repairs them . he said as soon as it starts playing you should pause it and let it finish buffering it is just a slow speed connection. then when you hit play again it should be fine.
