I advise you to not patronize those places. If they don't treat you with respect, then don't give them your money. A teenager's money is just as green as anyone else's. And since teens are not likely to have a mortgage, loads of bills and a screaming brat to spend money on, then they technically have more of their income as disposable income and retailers should remember this. When I worked in the service industry, I treated everyone equally.

Because teen-agers have caused problems there before.
Like vandalism, graffiti, & shop-lifting; besides being noisy.
They also just hang out, instead of buying anything.

uhhh because most teenagers cause tons of trouble ....if your nice to them they take advantage of you ... sorry that's how it is ...
