Moving out of state and Im thinking of renting out my home rather then sell it --- but does anyone know to find good property managment companies to handle everything for me while I am away?

A lot of people are renting due to the slow real estate market. If you are moving away and will not be able to be a landlord. I would suggest hiring a property management company. Here are a few links that may help you.

sell it !
nothing makes for a lossing propostion or desperate house seller than a long distant single family landlord.
u'll save ur self money lose, gray hairs and wrinkles.

If i was you I would call Realtors to find the best one to help you out...I have been told they do rental properly too..I am also thing of doing the same thing
