Natural sugar is in fruit. Sugar additives are added to far too many foods being sold at the store.

All food has sugar in it.
Glucose, fructose, sucrose (table sugar) galactose, lactose (milk sugar) and maltose.
Plants, like vegetables are made up of combinations of these to make up cellulose.
Starches are complex sugars (ie carbohydrates).
Even meat, since the main source of energy is glucose, that too is present in muscle .
