im making my boyfriend a halloween costume but i dont know what size to get for the pattern, in shirts hes a medium and in pants im pretty sure hes a 32 and hes 5"6. if anyone knows or knows how to find your pattern size can you please help

i know on the back it has a pattern chart (i use patterns all the time) just i dont have his exact measurements and i need to know the size by thursday

If he wears a medium shirt ,etc. I would go with a size 38 or 40 or if it does not come in sizes get a large. The reason for this is that he will be wearing warm clothing underneath and will have to have room to move.

wish you had said what kind of costume. most of them are loose fitting with elastic waist if there are pants. and if he wears a medium shirt the pattern should be medium also. the pants can be adjusted to fit just cut them a little larger if need be and have him try them on after you loosely sew together. then do the final seams.

On the back of the patter pouch it will have a size chart.
