I have an electrical engineering bachelor's degree from south Korea and I don't have any work experience. Just to get an engineering job in United States, which is better to transfer to undergraduate course or to apply for master's degree?

Definitely go for the master's degree. I can't imagine that engineering is too different from one country to another, and you would be bored stiff repeating the same degree.

There's not much difference in any bachelor's degree in engineering that you get from any part of the world. The only difference that could possibly arise would be your major in electrical engineering and also its minor. But basically, all students learn the same thing in terms of theories, concepts and their applications. You're better of pursuing a master's degree. You'd be more specialized and respected as a specialist in your field. Plus, it takes a shorter time to complete compared to pursuing a same degree and then a masters. As long as you can prove that you can prove that your bachelor's degree is equaivalent to a US bachelor's degree, it should not be a problem.
