Dudd is a mega-liberal and Liberman is a moderate Democrat.

Dodd is a democrat. Lieberman is at heart, but was thrown overboard during his reelection efforts. He actually ran from the Ct for Lieberman party he started.

Dodd was elected to the senate in 1980, largely because his father was a big time politician.

Lieberman was elected in 1988

Ibelieve Dodd was elected in 1980 and Lieberman in 1988. Unfortunately , we in the state of Connecticut are stuck with Dodd. He is a talker but in my opinion has a dismal voting record. He sticks to the party line and hasn't accomplished much for his years in office. Now he has the audacity to throw his hat in the ring for president?

Dodd is a Dem.
