It is and has always been my favorite. I could eat it once a week forever and be happy with that. My husband and daughter think that it is the only food that I ever want, they maybe right. I even crave the hot and sour soup when I am sick.
Thank the God of Chinese food for those recipes and the talented people who cook it for me!
