what kind of people own the lonly characteristic? what kind people easily feel lonly?

my friends told me that i am really a cute, nice, kind and crowed favorite person, but i am the person who easily feel lonely. i am so confused. i can't understand what they mean. i don't know whether i am lonely. but i am terribly afraid the situation that i am really lonely but i don't know this at all.

People with low self esteem and a poor self concept easily feel abandoned and lonely. If you feel this way, you are probably comparing your life to other people and idealizing the lives of other people while having a low opinion of your own. Intrinsically, we are all have the potential to be really good people with or without recognition from others. Your value is in what you can give to others, however, and if you focus on yourself, you cannot see your own value. Nothing shows its value in and of itself; even the value of gold is dependent upon someone else wanting it. We are very much the same. We may have intrinsic worth, but not even we can see if it we don't use our gifts and our talents for the good of other people. For starters, perform acts of random kindness even to people you don't know and feel your self esteem grow like a mighty oak.

I am not sure that anybody can explain why your feeling lonely, anybody expect you that is. Knowing a little more about why you feel lonely is a good way to start.
Are you perhaps missing somebody? Was there somebody in your life who is not there now? Have you always felt this way? If not what changed? Did you move from your family and friends? Change jobs? Schools? Try and look back at when you didn't feel this way and what is different then and now, and perhaps you will find the answer to your own question. And always remember, just because your alone, doesn't mean you have to be lonely!
