Go to the website of the company that made the camer (i.e. Logitech) and look up webcam camera drivers.

Send in an email or modify your question, and tell me the Brand, and Model # of the camera you have...
I assume you mean you lost the CD with the drivers on it (the cd that installs the software and program to recognize and use your webcamera)...
I can only find that for you, if you email me, or modify your question and tell me what exact model webcam you have...
For example
Brand : Logitech
Model # Z456H
Its usually found on the box, or on the camera itself.
If you give us that info, anyone on yahoo should be able to direct to a webpage where you can download the drivers if you are missing the cd.

What type is your webcam? Once you figure that out just go to the website which the webcam was manufactured by. They should have a program that you can get there. Download it to your computer.

if you mean to say the software for your webcam then go to the manufactures website. Look it up in the web. They will have all the drivers available.

Google your webcam and the you should be able to download the driver online....

If you have Internet connection then plug in your web cam and then try to install it from control panel new hardware installation. if your web cam is branded or approved by the company you can download it in the installation process. And if your driver is automatically downloaded.
