I was on depo for alomost a year. I got three shots. I was suppost to get my 4th shot on the 8th of this month and didn't get it because I decided i wanted to get off because I was getting so many side effects. i would like to consive my 2nd child. When would I get pregnat again?

The average time is about 6 months to conception after depo provera, but sometimes it takes longer. Some women take 1 year to start having periods again, and until you get periods you cannot get pregnant, but that's unusual.

Some women go back on the pill for a brief period after coming off Depo to get their periods started again.
Talk to your Dr about it.

You can get pregnant on, right after, or a few years after depo provera.
So it all depends on your body. Some need to see a fertility specialist in order to conceive.
