Some beliefs and positions are mutually exclusive. That is, if you choose one side of the issue, you cannot choose the other. For example, the controversial topic of abortion. If some want to have it and some don't want to have it, there is no "middle ground." Either the fetus dies or it lives, you cannot have it kinda live. So, if you make one side happy, you are stuck making the other side unhappy.

Because we all want different things, and with some people they change their minds after they've achieved what they want and then want something completely different.

I don't know...i guess it all depends on our own individuality. We're all stubborn,vain,selfish,fresh,opinionated,insensitive,suspicious, unkind,terrible,foolish,etc,etc.

because we are all different, with are likes, dislikes and beliefs.
wouldn't it be nice if we could please everyone? sometimes I would settle for just pleasing anyone. some people are just plain miserable, no matter what

Every one is different ,no two people are the same , some one may like roses,the other Daisey's,,,this may sound selfish, but if you can not please yourself, there's no way you could please anyone Else.....
