what does "God hath given you one face, and you make yourselves another." (-shakespeare) mean?

i need it for my english essay due this week. can anyone explain what it means? (figuratively and literally)
oh and i want this, as much as possible, to be related to "Everyman". can anyone suggest how it can be like? thanks. :)

In laymans terms, Hamlet is telling Ophelia that she is a stupid whore. In the context of that passage, if I remember right, he's telling her to join a convent.
